| Time magazine, is reporting that 17 teens are expecting babies at Gloucester High School in Gloucester, Ma. Get this that is not the worst part. The worst part is they all planned it together. Well it is being reported that way. So, I wonder if the girls that got pregnant by accident are included in this story.They were even going to the nurse multiple times to get pregnancy tests. If they were not pregnant they get mad but if they were they gave one other a way to go high five. Then they would start planning baby showers. One girl even got pregnant by a homeless man. All those daddies in their 20’s. So, did they pick of random guys or what? When they child gets in their teens how will you explain this to them. Oh mommy is not sure who your daddy is because a group of friends and I decided at the same time just for fun to get pregnant. Adults are blaming it on Knocked Up and Juno. Do not blame the movies for the job parents should have done. Maybe they see how good Jamie Spears life is. I am only 19 and when I was in high school I never thought about having kids. I saw girls walking around pregnant it was not a big deal but I was still like I am glad it is not me. Because, one you have a child your social life is over. They are only 14 and 15 they have their whole to live. How do they plan to support these babies. Babies, are not puppies that you can just give away when you get tired. They are little human beings that can not take care of themselves. They will depend on their mother most of their lives. I do not like to see kids having babies. They can not even take care of themselves but want to bring a small infant into a world without even thinking. It really just make me mad because when these babies are born all this happiness can end. They will realize raising a baby is not all what they thought and in the end it could hurt the baby. If it was my child she would have to get a job. I will not keep the baby so she can go out she better take it with her. Make sure she knows that it is her baby not mine. She was grown enough to get pregnant, she better be grown enough to take care of it. I would help but it would be limited. Oh, that reminds me, what about the parents? Did they give their daughters the birds and the bees speech. They, parents must make good money for them to decide to get pregnant without a job or high school diploma. Now they have made their school famous for the wrong reasons. If they continue to go to school they will be celebrities know as something like the pregnant pact clique. This has been happening since October of 2007. So, not sure if any are mothers yet. All decline to be interviewed for times now they want to be shy. They should be embarrassed. They talk about wanting unconditional love. Are their lives that messed up that they feel like that. Hey that is my opinion. What is your Opinion? |
