LAS VEGAS — Two men pretending to be police officers kidnapped a 6-year-old Wednesday morning, in what appears to be a random crime, according to Jay Rivera of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

An Amber Alert has been issued for Puffinburger.Rivera said Puffinburger is 3 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 48 pounds. He has blond hair, blue eyes, distinctly stained front teeth, an overbite and wears prescription, silver-rimmed glasses. He was last seen wearing a black, zip-up, hooded sweatshirt with white, black and blue stars on it; a black John Cena WWE wrestling shirt; dark jeans; a belt; white socks and black Vans sneakers.The men are described as having Hispanic accents. One man is described as in his early 30s, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has black, shoulder-length, slicked back hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans, Rivera said.

Caylee Anthony(2) has been missing since June. Her mother Casey Anthony(22) did not call the police. She claimed to have been doing her on investigation. Anthony is charged only with child neglect, making false official statements and obstructing a criminal investigation. Her bond is set at $500,000. The grandmother is saying Casey is a good mother. Then she also says that she believes Casey know who has her daughter. She is just afraid of something. Both Casey her Caylee have been missing for a month. The grandparents became worried when Casey’s car was towed from a check cashing business where it had been parked for days. She told her parents she worked as an event planner at an area theme park.  The police says she was unemployed. Anthony also said she left Casey with a babysitter. The police has found that to be false. So, where has Anthony been hiding all this time. If her car has been parked in the same place for days and she has not been home she had to being staying somewhere else. Where is the father in all this? Is he involved? Now the police are saying Anthony’s car smells like decomposition and a trained German-Shepard smelled human remains in the car and yard. They also found a stain, dirt, and a piece of hair that looks like it belongs to Caylee.

Brooke Bennett death has been ruled a homicide. The cause of death has not been determined. She was found dead last week in a shallow grave near her uncle’s home, a federal prosecutor said Monday at an initial appearance for the uncle on charges of kidnapping the girl. But, no one has been charged with her death. Her uncle is being held until his trial on federal kidnapping charge. “At a hearing in the same court earlier Monday, Brooke’s former stepfather, Raymond Gagnon, did not contest his continued detention on obstruction of justice charges related to the case. Gagnon, of San Antonio, is accused of having someone throw out his laptop computer a week ago while authorities were searching for Brooke”, says foxnews. “During Gagnon’s hearing, federal prosecutors in Alabama charged the 40-year-old with possessing child pornography at his former home in Cullman, Ala.”

I still want to know what the mother has to say about this since her ex husband is involved. Also, the mother’s sister whose husband is supposed to be the murderer. Two sisters marrying predators.

Mark Everett, whose real name is Manuel Benitez had big parts in Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure and Stand and Deliver. He is wanted for the murder and child abduction of his Girlfriend and son. Stephanie Spears tried to tell Everett that it was over after 8 years of being together.  Everett became upset and apparently hit Spears over the head with a dumbbell and killing her. He fled with their 3 year old son. According to foxnews, ” He is wanted on federal charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and murder.” The police believe his mother Elizabeth Velasco is also traveling with him. There have been no confirmed sightings of Benitez since Spears’ slaying, but in December 2004 locals placed him and Velasco in the area of Medford, Ore., some 700 miles from where he allegedly murdered Spears.

Medford police Sergeant Tim Doney told the Mail Tribune, a southern Oregon newspaper, that “we’re assuming that he fled with the child, although the child has not been seen up here.”

Garriola said Benitez’s mother had connections in the Oregon area, but he believes that they have fled the country by now, most likely to a Spanish-speaking country like Mexico or Cuba, where Velasco is known to have ties.

Garriola said Benjamin Everett, now 8 years old, is in danger “by the mere fact that he’s with someone as unstable as Benitez,” who is known to live in squalor and unsanitary conditions, having populated trailers and motel rooms covered with dirt and feces.

Benitez’s other aliases include Manuel Velasco, Manuele DeVelasco, Michael Evers and Mike Evers. He is described as a white Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 39 years old, weighs between 190 to 220 pounds and stands 5′10″ to 6′2″ high. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Benjamin Everett was 3 years old, 4-feet tall, and 40 pounds when he was taken. He is a bi-racial child with brown hair and brown eyes.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to Benitez’s arrest. Anyone with information can call a local FBI office or the American embassy.

Has anyone been reading the story about the missing girl in Vermont. Today a body was found and they believe it is the missing girl. Her name was Brooke Bennett and she was 12. She was last seen with her uncle. When I heard that part I immediately had this feeling that he was involved. Turns out I am right. The police say he is involved in a sex ring. Also involved was her ex-stepfather. This is really sad because Brooke probably trusted the uncle. The family must have to since they let her around him. I do not know why since he is a sex offender. I know he is family and all but would you actually let your underage child be around him. For Brooke to really trust this guy and go off with him her family had to have previously let her be around him.  Because, why would she go off with him if her family told her he was dangerous and a predator. Her father erased her Myspace page because of her activities for protection. Why wasn’t she protected from this uncle? I don’t want to blame the family but this relationship with the uncle really bugs me. I am going to post what I found on foxnews.com

BURLINGTON, Vt. —  The body of a missing 12-year-old whose uncle allegedly planned to force her into a sex ring the day she disappeared was found Wednesday in Randolph, not far from his house.

State Police Director Col. James Baker said Brooke Bennett’s body was found about 4:45 p.m. and her family had been notified.

The uncle, Michael Jacques, has been in custody since Sunday on charges of aggravated sexual assault against a different underage girl. He has pleaded not guilty. Police Sgt. Tara Thomas said he would be charged in federal court with kidnapping.

Brooke was last seen alive with Jacques at a convenience store a week ago.

“The painful discovery of Brooke’s body today is tragic and heartbreaking,” Baker said at a news conference.

He called the death “clearly suspicious” but declined to give details before a planned briefing Thursday morning.

But in an affidavit unsealed earlier in U.S. District Court in Burlington, the FBI said an unidentified teenager told investigators she was present on June 25 when Jacques, 42, tricked Brooke into thinking she was going to a party and took her to his Randolph home to be initiated into a sex ring.

The girl said she was led to believe that Brooke would “would have sex with adult males” during the initiation.

After the three got to Jacques’ home, the girl said she and Brooke watched television for a while before Jacques told her to leave and took his niece upstairs. The witness, who is 14, said she left the house with her boyfriend and did not see Brooke again.

The 14-year-old said she herself had been having sex with Jacques, 42, since she was 9 as part of the sex ring.

Brooke’s former stepfather, Raymond Gagnon, appeared in federal court Wednesday on an obstruction of justice charge in the case. He was denied bail and was held pending another hearing on Monday.

Police say Gagnon, 40, lives in Texas but often visited Vermont. According to the affidavit, he told police he accessed Brooke’s MySpace page from a laptop computer at his home in San Antonio after getting login information from Jacques.

Police said they have evidence that postings to the account were altered to make it appear that Brooke had discussed a secret rendevous with someone identified as “Skittlemeup” shortly before she disappeared.

Gagnon also told police he had downloaded child pornography onto the laptop, according to the affidavit.

In Randolph before the announcement, Brooke’s friends and family put up signs saying they missed her and were praying for her safe return. She lived in Braintree, a small town close to Randolph.

“To the community, thank you so much for all your support and help, and I hope I can keep continuing to get that,” said Brooke’s mother, Cassandra Gagnon. She wore a photo pin of her daughter on her T-shirt.

She said she was “very surprised” by her ex-husband’s alleged involvement.

According to foxnews, “Police found the remains of Randy Sylvester Jr., 7, and his sister Denim Sylvester, 3, packed in a wooden chest and a suitcase and left in a wooded area in southeastern Houston, about 5 miles from their home in suburban Pasadena, said Vance Mitchell, a Pasadena police spokesman.”

Apparently, the father was witnessed leaving his apartment with a wooden chest and suitcase. The bodies of the two children were found burnt and stuffed in the chest and suitcase. The father had once made a comment to the mother suggesting the children were dead. The Children were reported missing on Fathers Day and found Friday night after midnight.

It is really sad to report something that is unexplainable. How could a father just decide to kill his children? I do not know if they were burnt alive or killed then burned have to wait on autopsy.  Then he did it on Fathers Day which is supposed to be a day where he should be his proudest at being a father. All a sudden parents are killing children for some selfish reason. They are supposed to protect their kids from harm. If children cannot count on their parents to keep them safe then how would they trust anyone in their life. A three year old and a seven year old both taken away so young. When searching for the children the father would point the police to different ponds like he was taunting them. This is not no joke you kill your children and then act likes it is funny. The town activist Quanell X got him to confess the location of the bodies. As Quanell was finding out the location he also found out other disturbing news about this child killer. He had two apartments in the building. One he shared with his family and the other was his I guess bachelor pad. He had pornography laying around and his place was really dirty. This is also the place where he would smoke marijuana and other drugs. From my understanding the kids also played in this apartment. So, right there I know he only cared about himself.
